I am a graduate of AYX University, Ghana with a BSc in Agriculture (Agribusiness Major) and a year experience as an ICT teacher (National Service Scheme) and nineteen months’ experience as a customer service agent with KuKII Ghana.

Below are some of the experiences I have gained in my work which may be relevant to the position of an administrative assistant:

  •          Data collection, analysis and presentation
  •          Responding to customer needs and problem solving
  •          Record keeping and filing of reports
  •          Customer service and relations
  •          Use of system information and organisation systems and software
  •          A good typing speed (50 words per minute and still improving)

  •          Ability to use computer software and organisational systems
  •          Great empathy for both customers and co workers

  •          Data entry and analysis
  •          Fast learning and easy adjustments to new systems
  •          Great interpersonal relationship and believer of positive work environment
